How do you keep going after 3 rejections?, social media manager here

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a social media manager before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
