How do you keep going after 3 rejections?, insurance claims processor here

After a layoff as an insurance claims processor I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
