How do you keep going after 3 rejections? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
