How do you keep going after 3 rejections? - any advice?

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been a long 18 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
