How do you keep going after 3 rejections? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
