How do you keep going after 3 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a school bus driver I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
