How do you keep going after 3 rejections? after 3 years as a sales associate

After a layoff as a sales associate I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
