How do you keep going after 3 rejections? after 3 years as a machine operator

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
