How do you keep going after 3 rejections? - 7 months and counting

After a layoff as a machine operator I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
