How do you keep going after 3 rejections?

After a layoff as a production planner I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
