How do you keep going after 3 rejections? - 15 weeks in

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
