How do you keep going after 3 rejections? - 12 months and counting

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
