How do you keep going after 3 rejections?

After a layoff as a bank teller I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
