How do you keep going after 18 rejections? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 25 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
