How do you keep going after 18 rejections? (Little Rock)

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
