How do you keep going after 18 rejections?, insurance claims processor here

After a layoff as an insurance claims processor I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
