How do you keep going after 18 rejections? - first time posting

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
