How do you keep going after 18 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a marketing coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
