How do you keep going after 18 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
