How do you keep going after 18 rejections? - any advice?

I sent 18 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
