How do you keep going after 18 rejections? - any advice?

I sent 18 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
