How do you keep going after 18 rejections? after 18 years as an accountant

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
