How do you keep going after 18 rejections? after 18 years as a pharmacy technician

After a layoff as a pharmacy technician I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
