How do you keep going after 18 rejections? - 16 weeks in

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
