How do you keep going after 17 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
