How do you keep going after 17 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
