How do you keep going after 17 rejections?, security officer here

After a layoff as a security officer I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
