How do you keep going after 17 rejections?, school bus driver here

After a layoff as a school bus driver I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
