How do you keep going after 17 rejections?, operations analyst here

After a layoff as an operations analyst I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
