How do you keep going after 17 rejections? (Kansas City)

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
