How do you keep going after 17 rejections? (Jacksonville)

After a layoff as a welding apprentice I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
