How do you keep going after 17 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
