How do you keep going after 17 rejections? after 17 years as an operations analyst

I sent 17 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
