How do you keep going after 17 rejections? after 17 years as a quality inspector

After a layoff as a quality inspector I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
