How do you keep going after 17 rejections? after 17 years as a pharmacy technician

I sent 17 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
