How do you keep going after 17 rejections?

After a layoff as a retail manager I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
