How do you keep going after 17 rejections? - 18 weeks in

After a layoff as an office manager I am finding mornings difficult. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
