How do you keep going after 17 rejections? - 13 months and counting

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Austin, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
