How do you keep going after 16 rejections? - what worked for you?

I sent 16 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
