How do you keep going after 16 rejections? (Baltimore)

After a layoff as a graphic designer I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
