How do you keep going after 16 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
