How do you keep going after 16 rejections? after 16 years as an operations analyst

After a layoff as an operations analyst I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
