How do you keep going after 16 rejections? after 16 years as an event coordinator

I sent 16 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
