How do you keep going after 16 rejections? after 16 years as a sales associate

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 2 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
