How do you keep going after 16 rejections? after 16 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
