How do you keep going after 16 rejections? after 16 years as a call-centre agent

I sent 16 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
