How do you keep going after 16 rejections? - 4 months and counting

I sent 16 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
