How do you keep going after 16 rejections? - 2 months and counting

After a layoff as an electrician's helper I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
