How do you keep going after 16 rejections? - 10 weeks in

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
