How do you keep going after 15 rejections? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a social media manager I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
